NOTICE is hereby given to Certified Mold Remediation Contractors to conduct Mold Remediation identified in the Scope of Work and in accordance with the protocols and procedures by EPA. Bids will be received for the specified work at eight (8) apartment locations for the Abbeville Housing Authority (AHA).

• Proposed bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 10th, 2025 at Abbeville Housing Authority (AHA) 508 Haigler Street at 10:00 AM.

• Bids will be received on or before 2PM 07/25/2025; at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, S. C. Sealed.
  Bids may be hand delivered, or mailed.
  1. Contractor qualifications must include a minimum of 10 years of experience mold remediation.
  2. The scope of the work will be as defined in bid packet. Contract documents are the drawings, and bid package specifications.
  3. AHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities on the bidding.
  4. Contractor must be an equal opportunity employer; and make a good faith effort to engage the services of not less than 30% of minority business on this project as well as to compliance with HUD section 3.
