A meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be held at the Mary Chase Ford Community Center at, 510 Haigler Street, Abbeville, South Carolina on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, a notice of the meeting date, time, place, and the agenda was posted online and on the bulletin board at AHA and made available to the local news media and concerned citizens.

- Approval of Minutes - Chair Harrison asked for a motion to approve minutes of the regular monthly meeting held on October 20, 2025 meeting. Commissioner motioned to approve the minutes and Commissioner seconded.

Chair Harrison turned the meeting over to Director Haqq to introduce the pending Deputy Director and report on activities in his management report. - Management Report: Attached
Resolution 2026 - 001: to reconsider and or adopt the Prestwick Companies as Development Partner for the Abbeville Housing Authority. This Resolution was tabled during the October Board meeting to allow members to discuss further. - New Business/Action Items

- Announcements: Director Haqq was elected as a Board member at the October 23-24 Carolina Council of Housing and Redevelopment Code Officials (CCHRCO) and also serves as a member on the Resolutions Committee.
On January 4th-7th PHADA will offer a Commissioners Conference and training in Tampa Fla. The agenda is included. - Adjournment
