RFP-002 Digitization of Records
The Abbeville Housing Authority is seeking formal proposals for the Digitization of Paper Records and their integration into a Cloud Based Document Management System.
A site visit is scheduled for 2 PM, February 19, 2026, at the main office at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC 29620, to view the numerous files that contain the records.

Written proposals are due on or before 1 PM on March 4, 2026.
