RFQ - Development Partner Questions and Other Info Available

The Abbeville Housing Authority is seeking a qualified, licensed professional and experienced Development Partner in the assessment and redevelopment of Abbeville Public Housing Communities.

Financing of the development is anticipated utilizing tax-exempt bonds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, conventional and/or other creative and layered financing. Development Partners will assist in site planning, financing, design, development, construction management, marketing, and identification of private property management for rental developments.
